				Lions and tigers and bears, oh my !! Well, maybe not all that.  But jaguars, yes.  It seems that besides Charlie and Linda loosing Pup, Chuck at the Maya Playa is missing one of his dogs and Dale and Kats caretaker seems to have a dog missing as well - all presumed to be the victims of the local jaguar.   Word has it that the local trapping effort has been suspended because there is only 1 trap in the country and it is needed in Cayo.   We wonder why Cayo is so important unless the jags are eating the Cayo tourists with big fat wallets.

Tidbits

While this is not a Surfside event we feel it would be of general
interest.  The fire took out the Purple Space Monkey and a few
buildings surrounding it.  Rumor has it that the fire started in one of
the nearby houses from a candle that was burning during a power
outage.  It quickly spread.
